Toni is an optimistic Brit, based in Amsterdam. She’s enjoyed 20+ years in senior People & Culture roles within world-class companies, learning how to create lasting organisational change. The trick is to combine strong leadership and effective tools, with lots of flexibility!

She has a proven track record of leading change in many scenarios: scaling up, scaling down, M&As, IPOs, international expansion, reorgs, and more. Usually with high pressure, complex environments, cross-cultural teams and demanding stakeholders.

Toni founded YellowBox after realising how often companies struggle with the people side of change. So now uses her toolbox of expertise to clients them deliver business outcomes, while keeping people at the heart of it all.

Working with Toni - whether on a change project or as a Chief People Officer - gives you a partner who’s clear, personal, fast-paced, and positive… basically very Yellow! And that yellow energy shows up every day.

Her expertise comes from working with everything from global corporates to tech scale-ups, and in teams across Europe, Asia, South America and North America. Toni has lived and worked in 3 countries, plus a Masters in Organisational Psychology and extensive study in change management.

It’s a pretty unique toolbox of experience!
